Refunds and cancelling
This page sums up what the Refund policy promises and explains what actually happens in your account when you cancel. The binding text is the policy itself, linked in the site footer and under the Pricing cards.
14-day money-back guarantee
When you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time, you have 14 days to change your mind.
Ask within those 14 days and we refund your first payment in full, no questions asked.
A renewal you did not mean to pay
Subscriptions renew automatically so your access never breaks. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us soon after the charge and we refund it.
To avoid a renewal in the first place, cancel any time before the next billing date.
How to cancel
Cancelling happens in the billing portal and takes under a minute.
- Open your account menu and press Manage subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, choose to cancel the subscription.
- Confirm it. Stripe emails you a confirmation.
What you keep after cancelling
Cancelling only stops the next payment. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan.
Outside the 14-day guarantee above, we do not refund the unused days of a period you chose to cancel.
Your projects and fonts stay in your account. What changes is that paid features lock again and the amounts drop back to the free plan's, so you cannot add beyond them.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method, and the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
A full refund ends your paid access straight away and moves your account back to the free plan. A partial refund, such as a goodwill month, leaves your plan in place.
How to ask for a refund
Send a short message from the email on your account to [email protected] and tell us what happened. Nothing more is needed.
