Managing your account

Your account is deliberately simple today: an email, a password, and a sign-in session. This page covers what you can do yourself right now and what needs a message to us, with no promises about screens that do not exist yet.

Signing in

Open Log in and enter your email and password on the Welcome back screen. The Password field has a small eye that shows what you typed when you want to check it.

Right after you create an account you pass through Confirm your email: a six-digit code arrives in your inbox, you enter it, and then you sign in. If the code does not arrive, Send it again resends it, followed by a short wait shown as "Resend in {time}".

Your account menu

Press your name at the top of the page to open the account menu. It holds Signed in as with your email, Current plan with your plan's name, Manage subscription for subscribers, Back to website to leave a tool for the home page, and Sign out.

Inside the editor, the same menu also carries Keyboard shortcuts, which is the full shortcut sheet.

Changing your password

A password change goes through the recovery flow on the sign-in page today. There is no screen for changing it while you are signed in.

  1. Open the Log in page and press Forgot your password?
  2. On Reset your password, enter your email and send. A message tells you that if the address is registered, a code is on its way.
  3. Take the code from your inbox, then on Set a new password enter the code and your new password.
  4. Save, then sign in with the new password.

Your name and phone number

First name and Last name are taken when you create the account. Phone number is optional, is for account recovery only, and is never used to sign in.

There is no screen today for editing your name or phone after signup. If one of them needs correcting, write to us from your account email at [email protected] and we will fix it.

Your session and signing out

A single cookie keeps you signed in for about a week, and it renews as you keep using the platform, so you are not asked to sign in every day.

Sign out ends the session on this device and this browser. Clearing cookies in your browser signs you out too.

There is no list of signed-in devices today and no button that signs you out everywhere at once. If you think someone knows your password, change it with the recovery flow above.

Deleting your account

Account deletion happens on request. There is no button for it on the site today.

Send a message from your account email to [email protected] asking for deletion. Along with the account we remove your private projects and font packs, as the Privacy Policy says.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it from Manage subscription or mention it in your message.

Keep a copy of anything you want first: Export all in the Projects dialog downloads every project as one zip.
