Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the platform. We have kept them clear and free of legal noise.
About this agreement
The platform is provided by Joulyan IT, a company established in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
Your account
You need one account to use the platform, and each account is for one person. Please do not share your login.
Keep your password safe and your email up to date, since we use it to verify your account and reach you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Roles
Most people use the platform as a normal user. A small number of accounts have director or owner roles that manage the platform and its shared library.
Your role decides what you can see and do, and the server always enforces this.
Acceptable use
To keep the platform safe and fair for everyone, please do not:
- Use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Your content stays yours
The projects you create and the fonts you upload remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
You give us the permission we need to store and process your content so we can run the service for you, such as saving your projects and rendering your fonts. Nothing more.
Our platform
The platform, its software, and its design belong to us. We give you a personal, limited licence to use the service while your account is active.
Please do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Paid plans and billing
The platform has a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Studio) billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the platform running, but we provide it as-is and cannot promise it will never have downtime.
We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that arise from using the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be handled by the competent Dutch courts.
