This page explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.
Who we are
The platform is run by Joulyan IT, a company established in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and for VAT (BTW).

What data we collect
We only collect what we need to run your account and the service:
- Account details: your name, email, an optional phone number, and a securely hashed password.
- Your content: the projects you create and the fonts you upload.
- Plan and subscription state: which plan you are on and whether your subscription is active.
- A record of admin and billing actions on your account, kept for security.
- A Stripe customer id that links your account to your payments.
Payments and card details
Your card and bank details never touch our platform. All payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor, on their own secure pages.
We only store a reference to your Stripe customer so your plan stays in sync. Receipts and refund confirmations are emailed to you directly by Stripe.

Why we use your data
We process your account and content to provide the service you signed up for. This is the contract between us.
We keep a small security log of admin and billing actions to protect your account and prevent abuse. This is our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe.
We send emails such as verification codes and, through Stripe, payment receipts so your account works and stays secure.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that make the platform work: Stripe for payments, an email service to deliver verification codes and account emails, and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site as a security and delivery layer.
Cloudflare processes visitors' network traffic, including IP addresses, to protect the platform and serve it quickly. It may also give us aggregate, cookieless visitor statistics, such as how many visits we receive and which countries they come from. These are anonymous counts only, never personal profiles, so no consent banner is needed.
We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising, and we do not load any cross-site tracking.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on our own server, operated within the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your private projects and font packs along with it.
Your rights
Under European data protection law (GDPR), you can:
- See the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and its private content.
- Get a copy of your data to take elsewhere.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
